Order Cancellation Window

Customers may request to cancel an order within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet entered the processing or shipping stage.

Once an order has begun processing or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, customers should refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Full name used at checkout
  • Reason for cancellation (optional but helpful)

Our team will review the request and confirm whether the order can be canceled.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

If an order is successfully canceled before processing, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing times typically range from 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

Orders That Cannot Be Canceled
